We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date on unopened, unused items in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be unworn and unaltered.

Returns After 30 Days

Returns requested after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from your refund amount.

Custom Garments

Custom garments are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a manufacturer defect. If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@quick-tux.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
